Account Manager (Client Success Team)
If you’re ambitious and looking to immerse yourself into the world of ecommerce, this role is right up your alley! Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll have great energy, be a team player and excited by the idea of working with a number of clients to grow their online performance.
The successful candidate will have an infectiously positive attitude, is passionate about ecommerce, thrives on building client relationships, is aware of Magento and keen to work with it on a daily basis.
In addition to the above, you will field incoming client tickets (Zendesk), have an ability to scope and brief a solution (JIRA), liaise with resources (devs, designers etc) for assistance, test to an acceptance criteria and in turn deliver exceptional results to clients.
The role is full time (8:30am to 5:30pm) and based at the Convert Digital offices in Fitzroy VIC 3065. It is an ongoing role for someone that is eager to absorb themselves in the industry and be exposed to various parts of the business.

Main duties/responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Field incoming tickets, provide first class communication and offer timely, high quality solutions to exceed SLA expectations
Ability to pickup the phone to troubleshoot problems, obtain clarity or checkin for WIPs
Attend client meetings to drive agenda, offer ecommerce thought leadership and create a trusted advisor relationship
Show initiative to add value and identify areas to improve client’s website performance in line with ecommerce goals
Develop and maintain client roadmaps
Work closely with third parties and partners to identify great opportunities
Experience
A qualification is preferred (Diploma, Degree etc)… but not essential
Any relevant online courses will be highly regarded
Exposure to Magento (or other ecommerce platform), CRM, CMS is important
Creation of your own online store is icing on the cake!
