We understand each client has different website management requirements, that’s why we offer both a proactive and reactive service. Our monthly retainer clients work proactively with their Account Manager to build a collaborative roadmap. If a reactive approach to website management is more your style, we have blocks of hours available for purchase.
Client Roadmaps & Goals
For clients focussed on shifting visitor behaviour and building long term ecommerce success, we work together to generate and maintain website roadmaps. Driven by your top three ecommerce goals, your Account Manager will provide strategic recommendations to achieve success. We build on what works and adjust what doesn’t.
Emergency Website Support
As a priority, our Client Success team ensures emergencies and outages are attended to and resolved quickly. If you’re not selling, we won’t rest until you’re back in the game. We proactively monitor your website, act when needed, and provide an online support portal so you can instantly inform us of any issues that we aren’t aware of.
