House has long been recognized nationally for selling home and kitchenware. Pet House Launched in 2017 and marked an exciting addition to the brands’ portfolio. Entering a new market their first website needed to provide a compelling reason for pet owners to switch retailers, seamlessly integrate with their existing business and data management processes and deliver a brand message consistent with the other House retail and web properties. With a large, and ever growing, catalog of products it was also crucial customers could get to the products they were looking for quickly.
