Melbourne born, ‘gone global’ digital accessory brand Cygnett, started by brother and sister Tim and Sophie Swann in 2003. The duo spotted a gap in the market for digital accessories, and fifteen years later, Cygnett products are now sold in 200,000 retail outlets, across 42 different countries – with no signs of slowing down. Cygnett offer a wide range of beautifully design and crafted accessories, including; cables, chargers, cases and a full range of Power Banks.


Cygnett engaged with us mid-2017 to assist with their global eCommerce expansion strategy. We swiftly upgraded the Cygnett sites to the Shopify Plus platform and got cracking on their ongoing roadmap. With enhancements from feature adds, design and UX tweaks and advancements in the digital tools implemented across the site – we have seen significant growth in Cygnett’s year-on-year online conversion and revenue.
