Tree of Life
Tree of Life remains the iconic bohemian brand of Australia. As an omnichannel retailer it’s crucial that their inventory, sales and customer data is centrally managed, gift-cards can be used online and instore and that both their digital and brick-and-mortar properties communicate a consistent and coherent brand message.
Moving away from Netsuite’s ERP and Commerce solution was a big step. With multiple IT and data requirements they were looking for a team with strong Magento 2 and system integration credentials.
Speed to market meant running two projects parallel. On one front we focused on getting Tree of Life’s ERP architecture spot on. We integrated the Futura platform with Magento, ensuring a robust, serviceable and well-documented data-connection. On the other we designed and developed an on-brand and mobile optimized website that also allows for the fulfillment of gift-cards through Givex, enhancing the omnichannel experience.
Following the successful launch of the website and integration, we began an ongoing success programme with Tree of Life that has resulted in a near total elimination of ERP related errors and improved conversion across all devices.
